Orders reach your doorstep in 3 to 4 business days. Packaging and dispatch take 2 business days, followed by 1 to 2 days in transit across Singapore, door to door.

Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind requests are not eligible, so please confirm details cautiously before placing an order.

Shoevirexo operates on Cash on Delivery only. You pay the full amount directly at your doorstep once the package arrives, with no hidden charges or extra fees ever added on.

Cancellations are accepted any time before your order leaves our facility. Once it is handed to our logistics partners, cancellation is no longer possible, and delivery must proceed as scheduled then.

Once a damaged or incorrect item passes facility inspection, refunds are sent via electronic bank transfer. Funds typically appear in your bank account within 5 to 6 business days afterward.
